We liked that there is a no questions asked 30-day money back policy but would have liked there to be more details about how this policy works. In terms of reviews by consumers, we did see a fair number complaining that the product was ineffective. We were also concerned that there was no official website for the product. It was only available via Amazon with very limited information about the product itself including no information about ingredients nor side effects.
